Case Description
Hello, I have put off my dental work long enough. I lost a crown 3 years ago and the base is black and rotted, I also have a large crack in my molar & visible cavities. When I sort out that part I want to consider whitening & invisalign but 1st things 1st. I know that I have alot of time and money ahead of me but if I wait any longer I might end up with no teeth so I have to start now. I was out of work for a year and I had serious family problems and unfortunately I wrecked my credit, although I didnt go bankrupt and I am currently on payment plans with al my creditors(I'm not a bum, just had a bad bad year). I have some cash saved but I'm sure I will need fiancing help for some of the work I need and I was wondering if any Dentists in Queens would be willing to discuss a private payment plan? Oh btw I am also terrified of the dentist and oral pain so I need someone who is patient and kind. I am a licensed electrician so if anyone needed work performed I would be glad to trade service for service if not then I hope someone is willing to work something out with me.

well, it sounds like you''''re in a bit of a jam. good news is you''''re doing somthing about it. we can help you, first off, are you in pain?i might suggest you call our office at 201 434 3819, ask for ZOEY, and she can go over options for you. we would need to take a full set of xrays and perform an examination to evaluate and diagnose and go over with you your options. once you''''ve decided how you want to proceede then we''''d calculate a cost for you. then we can talk about payment plans. we have many options for all patients, as you say though , first things first. and the first thing is to see what you need/want for your mouthwe are in jersey city, so i realize it''''s not as close as queens. after the treatmet visit, after the payment plan arrangement, both done at first visit, we''''d then plan your entire treatment to be done asap in as few as possible visits. many patients come to us from allover the tri-state area. we even have had patients fly in from florida to get their work done. quality counts, we are here to serve, pls call us at 201 434 3819,respectfully, dr caruso
