If multiple teeth are involved, special provisional restorations (temporaries) are required, they are $400 per tooth in addition to the cost of the crown. Depending on the size of the case, certain minor rush fees will apply. I can easily complete the work in one month. All we need is proper planning, and as I said, this is routine for my office.
