Case Description
I am a singer/actress looking to finally get my smile in order. I have Americhoice which I know does not cover much outside of cleanings and cavities etc, which I need. Problem is I need a cap/crown because I have a tooth that was pulled and set for a cap crown and then was not completed. I have probably 3-400 set aside for what insurance does not cover and willing to do payments. Also will do testimonials and/or before/after pictures.

In todays economic crunch patients need to step back and evaluate what is important with their dental health. Treatment that is necessary which is addressing decay, periodontal problems, broken teeth etc. are the first step. Especially when money is an issue. Improving your smile is cosmetic and not covered by dental plans. You should call your insurance company to find a doctor in your network & take care of the necessary treatment first. For cosmetic treatment, go to a Prosthodontist for a consult, bring x-rays and allow he or she to suggest how to improve your smile. Get an estimate on the cost. Now comes the hard part, finding the funds to make it happen. Banks are not suppling loans for dental treatment, look at borrowing money from life insurance policies, retirement plans, credit cards or even family members.
