Case Description
i had a root canal done but never got fitted for a crown. need estimate and appointment. I am self employed and work unconventional hours when busy and i'm on a budget. can put some money down but would love a payment plan.

Hi,Well of course I would need to evaluate the tooth, and the root canal. --but assuming everything is good, you would need a post and crown. You state you have insurance, we participate with many plans, so typically you would be covered for 50% of the cost.The fee would vary depending on which insurance you have, because if it is a PPO type plan that I participate with you will SAVE money over my private fee. Using my Private fee with no insurance the cost would be $1125.With a typical PPO plan, the fee would be around $900In both cases the typical plan would cover 1/2.My office is convieniently located in Flushing, and I would love to set up a FREE consult for you. Hello, It is very important that once you have a root canal this procedure be protected with a restoration to avoid filtration or contamination.The first step would to be to evaluate the tooth in question and determine what type of crown would be suitable.
