Case Description
Upper right crown had a cavity underneath it,(second crown on this tooth) because there was a gap at the gumline. Crown broken, cavity filled, temp placed and cracked in half 24 hrs later. 72 hrs later,temp removed with much jostling and second temp placed and teeth cleaned. Brushing at inside gumline now "sends shock wave through me" Upper left crown now sensitive. New crown has minor gap at gumline and was placed with temp adheasive.
