Case Description
Hello,
I have a severely broken tooth that needs to be taken care of. I assume a root canal and maybe a crown or a similar procedure, perhaps it needs to be extracted. Unfortunately I will need to do this on a payment plan. I am also considering the Careington 500 series discount plan but I am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
