THE NEW YORK SMILE INSTITUTE is located in The Takashimaya Building.. We are a boutique dental practice specializing in advanced Aesthetic and Implant dentistry. We specialize in 2 visit smile makeovers. We have a state of the art in house Dental Lab.

Dr. Sclafani is a kind, honest and professional dentist. His treatment was thorough and anxiety free. I highly recommend him. While there are cheaper facilities, there are no short cuts - you can't expect top of the line medical treatment at cheap prices. He did find a way to work with me and they have finance plans in place to recommend. I was referred to him by someone I consider the top root canal expert (and I have had my share), and that said it all for me.

Dr. Sclafani has reconstructed my entire mouth. My teeth were destroyed and I now have my smile back. He was very easy to communicate with and so was his entire staff. He works with the best specialists in Manhattan and stands by his work. I have reffered all my friends to his office for dentistry. The experienced no pain and must say itiwas a pleasant experience.

Dr. Sclafani is the best - he is extremely skilled but also very warm and gentle. Going to the dentist is no longer a frightening thought. The facilities are comfortable and the entire staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend him.
About Hygienist: Like Dr. Sclafani, his hygienist is extremely gentle. She will always ask how you are doing and will stop if you need her to.
