Dr. Susan Karabin is board certified by the American Board of Periodontology. She is also past president of the New York Academy of Dentistry as well as the Northeastern Society of Periodontists. She is currently president of the American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Karabin lectures extensively on womans oral health issues. Her office is located in a town house on the upper east side of Manhattan. It's spacious operatories with high ceilings offer sensual views of a backyard flower garden surrounding a tranquil water fountain. Her friendly staff are available to answer questions and assist patients with all their treatment needs.

I travel 400 miles from Virginia to NYC (where I used to live) in order to see Dr. Karabin who has been providing my periodontal care for over 15 years. In addition to her practice, she is a professor of dentistry at Columbia University, where she received her education, and a speaker whose speciality is "Gender Differences in Oral Health". Professional, yet warm and personable, she provides the very best in periodontal care.
