My father was being treated by Dr. Shin and after seeing his phenomenal results I decided to seek Dr. Shins assistance with my problems. 1 reoccurring problem I had was the fact that my gums were bleeding. When I expressed my concern to my dentists none of them addressed the problem or even made suggestions on what needed to be done. Dr. Shin told me that I needed a deep cleaning and voila the bleeding stopped completely. Such a simple procedure eliminated a major problem. Dr. Shin is the best implant specialist and periodontist I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend him to anyone who has gum problems or is in need of an implant. I had gotten 1 implant for my missing molar and tissue grafting for my 4 front teeth. If I hadnt gotten the tissue grafting I would have lost my 4 front teeth relatively soon which wasnt identified by my dentists during the 6 month appointments. My teeth in upper jaw became loose and beginning to fall out 1 by 1. I needed help and I didn't know who I could see to accomodate my needs. After seeing my case the doctor recommended extracting the remaining teeth and to give me 6 implants in my upper jaw. After some thought I did as he suggested and I don't have any regrets. I didn't have any complications from the surgery and most importantly my body didn't reject the implants. The cost of the implants were reasonable. After waiting a short time I had gotten permanent upper jaw dentures and they fit like a glove. I don't have problems eating cold, hot, hard or soft foods and my speech isn't any different.. The implants feel the same as my own teeth had, for that matter maybe the implants are better.
