Patient Review 1:

Let me first begin by commending Dr. Faktor's staff: from his receptionist Christina, to his right- hand woman,Jackie. I have never met a more welcoming, professional and caring team. Dr. Faktor is unlike any dentist I have ever met. He is by far the least scary and most personable. Aside from his benevolent bedside manner, his technique is unparalleled and his dedication to perfection is especially reassuring. I did not see Dr. Faktor for the usual dental procedure; in fact what I went for was something a plastic surgeon or dermatologist would usually specialize in. Suffice to say, he knew what he was doing- no, he mastered it. I am confident when I say that Dr. Faktor will not fail in satisfying any patient. Coming from a family of doctors, my standard is set pretty high. Dr. Faktor did not just meet my expectations...He shattered them. But don't take my word for it...go see for yourself.

Dr. Faktor is a treat to be around- He makes the painful experience of going to the dentist enjoyable. The office is great and the reception area is very friendly.

From the very first visit, I knew I was in the right place. It had been years since I last visited the dentist and I was like a small child when it came to the fear factor. Dr. Derek and his staff of nurses and front desk staff reassured me this was going to be a completely different experience. And it Was!! Dr. Derek was the kindest, gentlest and most comforting Doctor of Dentistry I had ever met! He was very understanding of my fears and concerns and took great effort in assuaging my fears. I had missing teeth for years and crooked front teeth that were very discolored.

I have had veneers done, which straightened and whitened my teeth all in one step. More dramatically, I have had two dental implants which involved both soft tissue grafting and bone grafting. All of this was done as painlessly as possible and with the most concern for my wellbeing I have ever experienced from Any Doctor!

Dr. Derek called me at home on numerous occasions to make certain that I was in no discomfort. But one of my most memorable accounts re. this procedure was that when Dr. Derek needed to outsource some of the work to be done by a Masofacialogist, Dr. Derek took time out of his busy schedule and accompanied me for the procedure

About Hygienist: Ms. Lisa is the absolute best! Again my fears had set in since having had very bad experiences in the past and having a problem w/tartar buildup on the bottom teeth both above and below the gumline. Lisa reassured me she would not continue if the process became painful or if the sensitivity level became too extreme and would recommend Dr. Derek treat me w/sweet air.

Not only can I say that the treatment was painfree, but it was also a very informative session.

Along with the front desk staff, my entire experience was, to say the least, a first for me. Not a sensitive or painful moment at all. A first rate! Charming! and Professional! Staff!!

Dr. Faktor did a phenomenal job on my teeth they look absolutely gorgeous and I get tons of compliments. The office is extremely accomodating there is never a wait for an appointment and I was able to get in to see the doctor immediately when I had an emergency. An all around first class operation that I highly recommend.

I am the biggest baby in the dentist's chair, but Dr. Faktor made me feel SO comfortable and explained everything so I felt comfortable. He is so skilled that I literally felt NO pain during some of the most complicated procedures (ie my tooth implant). I never had a dentist check in so much after any procedure to see how i'm feeling before Dr. Faktor. He really does care. He even answered my phone call and explained a few things while he was at a wedding. I was blown away by his mannerisms and tactics.

His assistance are always very professional and sweet.

In addition, his receptionist always does everything in her power to help me financially which keeps my mind as ease.

I have referred many friends and my entire family to Dr. Faktor and they all said that he is by far the best dentist they have ever gone to. My brother went in for a very minor procedure and ended up switching to Dr. Faktor. He really does customize every visit to fir each patient. I couldn't go to any other dentist but Dr. Faktor.
