the office manager, Pooja is extremely kind and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.

Overall I am very pleased with the results of the procedure. The end result exceeded my already high expectations.

Additionally, what I enjoyed about Dr. Sachar was her reassuring and calming manner. She patiently took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. She adequately explained the various options available to me, and then gave me her recommendation, however she always left the final decision up to me. Overall I was very impressed with her knowledge and "bedside manner."

Dr. Sachar's office is also run extremely professionally. All of the office staff are very attentive and are flexible to accommodate my busy work and travel schedule. I can say with all honesty that going to Dr. Sachar's office is a joyful and fun experience. This is directly correlated to the professional, knowledgable and "fun" group of office staffers and Dr. Sachar herself.

As well, I can't recommend her staff more highly. They are competent - all Dr. Sacahar's dentists are as accomplished and personable as her - friendly and always willing and availble to help. Her reception (Pooja) remember the smallest details, are quick to laugh and strike up a conversation and also are incredibly friendly. The hygenists are highly trained, one even being a dentist in her former country, and all have great skill.

If you're looking for a permanent practice to bring your family. This is the place to call home.

Dr. Sachar was simply everything you would want from a dentist- kind, gentle & focused on the best way to handle what I needed without being invasive or pushy. All my financial questions were answered before anything was done so I didnt get a dreaded bill in the mail! You cant beat that.

On my first visit to Dr. Sachar's office I was relieved because her office is very modern, big and clean just like what I was use to back home. Dr. Sachar personally cleaned my teeth on the first visit too. She is very friendly, and her office is very nice and personable and is always helpful in helping you figure out all of those pesky insurance questions. Prices for people with no insurance is cheap.

Admittedly, I was a high-needs patient. Earlier dental experiences had pre-disposed me to negative expectations in terms of pain and feeling listened to by the dentist. Dr. Sacher washed away those expectations with her genuine interest in my perception of the procedures she was performing and her chair-side manner.

She executed the fitting and implementation of my crown as if it was the most important one of her career! I was kept abreast of each step in the process and she gauged my level of comfort at no later than 2 minute intervals (I counted).

But wait, there's more. Almost one year after the procedure I needed to return because another dentist's filing choices interfered with the proper function of the crown Dr. Sachar implanted. Even so, accommodations were made.

What else can I say? Dr. Sachar's commitment to excellence is also important to her staff. Miss (term of endearment) Pooja on my first call to the office to inquire about an appointment spent close to 15 minutes answering my questions, even though the office had closed for the day! Not surprising she has since become the Office Manager.

Dr. Sachar was recommended, and I have to tell you she was great. Her staff and her took me in and put me at ease right away. Pooja and the rest of the staff are great (sorry I dont remember all their names yet). They took time to explain what needed to be done right away, what options I had and the best way to proceed. They also found a small cavity that just started and they scheduled me for a feeling right away for the following week. I had Dr. Lynn, the ENDO specialist do my root canal. IT WAS PAINLESS. I have had them done before and this guy is great!! I didnt even need Tylenol or aspirin after.

Dr. Gallagher did my post and prep work for the crown and she was just as good, with great hands. No pain, no discomfort and no sensitivity. I was amazed how great this team is.

Lastly, I saw Dr. Sacher earlier this week to complete the work. She did the feeling. What can I say other then what a great dentist she is. She is not only good herself, she found the best in the city and pulled their talents together to make a great team. THAT says A LOT, since I have a cousin and 3 uncles who are dentists (in Philadelphia and New York).

I will recommend this office to everyone I know without thinking twice. If you had a bad experience in the past, as many of us did, GO HERE. They will take care of you the best way they can.

The equipment is state-of-the-art, the hygenists are honest (yet compassionate), and I've never left the office without a smile on my face.

Dr. Sachar is my dentist - whatever is needed in my mouth Dr. Sachar handles it. No matter what company I was with - whether she was in my plan or not - no matter if I had to pay from my pocket or flex plan - I Stayed with Dr. Sachar.

Dr. Sachar and her staff are a pleasure to be around, they are very warm and welcoming. They are respectful of each other and all their patients. They are conscious of your time and work with you when scheduling appointments. They don't believe in stacking their patients - so you don't occupy the reception area longer than the treatment room.

No one ever likes going to the dentist, but when I have to go, I enjoy going - Dr. Sachar has very special hands and pain or being uncomfortable are words not allowed in her office or her chair - she does everything possible to ensure you are comfortable and informed of the processes and costs along the the entire way.

I've never had such a carefully done dental exam. Dr. Sachar came up with a well thought out treatment plan devised not just to save my teeth but also my budget and prioritized the procedures so they wouldn't be overwhelming. Dr. Sachar's 'chair-side manner' is wonderful, very considerate and caring. She explained every detail of what needed to be done and why and was totally open about her charges.

Dr. Gallagher is very gentle and knowledgeable. She is also a perfectionist ensuring that I am satisfied with whatever procedure she is performing. (And I am of those picky customers). I received a cleaning recently and have gotten compliments on how white my teeth are. I have and will continue to recommend this office to people, because they care.

Being a patient of Dr. Sachar for over 2 years now, I have developed a true trust in her work. Cosmetic procedures, did it, you should look at my smile now. General work, painless. Periodontics, the best in the business.

Talk about state-of-the-art medical equipment, they have it all, from digital x-rays to wall mounted plasma screens. Im their biggest fan.

The entire office has a wonderful attitude -- nurses, and especially the front office, always greeting you with a smile (and good ones at that  they must be patients themselves). It makes a potentially daunting experience easy and stress free.

I recommend Dr. Sachars practice highly.

The only thing that i ever had a concern about was when they introduced a new dentist to her office and i was somewhat of a ginea pig for her first patient; i assume it was a way for them to "test" the dentist. I was not given prior notice that I would have the new dentist work on me so I went in to my appt. thinking Dr. Sachar would see me, and in walked in a new woman. Time constraints prevented me from expressing what I felt at the moment but I thought it was a bit unfair for a new dentist to work on me without some type of introduction or warning.

Her website is great too - very informative and helpful. I sent a question via the site, and she herself gave me a call within 2 minutes - what a surprise.

She has numerous rave reviews, and even another tenant in the building (different industry) has heard of her great service, referring her as "supposed to be one of the best in the city". Seems like I hit a jackpot. :)
