I have been going to Dr Leone's office for cleaning and I am extremely satisfied with their work. The office is relaxing and extremely well kept. Especially the TVs are great. It distracts you from the drilling noise. The staff is friendly and polite.

Dr. Leone is excellent. She explains the procedures and answers all my questions very well.

I highly recommend her to everyone.

Recently had a great experience with Dr Leone and staff. The whole team was extremely professional and loved the TV in every room which distracts from the typically unpleasant dental work, particularly the mechanical drill chipping away... That being said, the team made it a painless experiance and the TV's are not just used for entertainment. Dr. Leone is clearly on the cutting edge of technology, utilizing the latest imaging equipment to show you exactly what needs to be done.

Dr Leone is very thorough, polite and explanatory. Would recommend to anyone working or living downtown for the following reasons:

1. Easy to make an appointment;

2. Understood my dental plan;

3. No out of pocket patient cost; and

4. Quick painless service.

I live in the Flatiron area and I already had a dentist in my neighborhood that was quite convenient but they could't work with my hectic schedule and every time I went in I was stuck waiting for 30 minutes to get in to see the hygenist. I decided to give Dr. Leone a try and make the trek downtown and I'm so glad it did. It was completely worth it and by the end I saved time from all the waiting I was doing at my neighborhood spot. The office is beautiful and it feels like a spa. The office has flatscreen tvs and is very clean and modern. My experience over the years has always been positive. I love the friendly staff and how respectful they are of my time. I've started to send my friends and they are all so happy to have found such a good dentist. Dr. Leone is very talented and exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you Dr. Leone!

The service is phenomenal. The staff is courteous and polite. They always call to confirm appointments and are flexible when I can't make my times.

After moving to NYC from Queens I needed emergency work on a cavity. Dr. Leone was the closest to my new residence so I went in. I have a major fear of dentistry, I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years because of the fear , not only did she fill the cavity perfectly and most importantly pain free she made sure my fear was relieved by talking me threw the whole process as if she were my Friend versus my dentist. Since then I have had 2 teeth pulled , cavities filled and some other work done, I have gone from complete fear to complete relaxation when going to the dentist , she is truly a magician!!!! And the facility is like going to high end spa, with flat screen tv's and I choose what to watch. She has found a way to reinvent the whole dentistry process. And the staff is extremely friendly and caring. I have never been kept waiting more than 5 minutes to see her, 3pm appointment means 3pm.. But the best part of the experience is the genuine care she showed me, not having insurance can make the process difficult but Dr. Leone was willing to work with me and that was something that really touched me. I would and have recommended Dr. Leone to everyone I know. I am looking forward to my next cleaning!!!

Before i went to see Dr. leone 5 years ago I never trusted or felt comfortable at the dentist. My friends highly recommended Dr Leone and since I have been going to see her I actually look foward to going. Her office is exceptional and her staff is so friendly and accomodating-I have such a hectic work schedule that they always work around my schedule. Dr Leone has rehabilitated my teeth,she has educated me on how to take care of my teeth and gums but also gave me the smile I never thought I could have. I have insurance and everything was based on my insurance plan fee. This office goes above and beyond what most insurance accepting offices provide,

I have been treated by Dr. Leone for the past 4 years. So naturally, when she opened her brand new practice on Wall St., I followed. I had never seen such a high-tech office before. She uses cutting edge technology that was so impressive to me... it looked like there wasn't a thing that she couldn't fix. I also felt extremely comfortable in the spa-like surroundings... very quiet and nice... which is exactly what's needed before you have an entire mouthful of fillings replaced! Which I went home pain-free by the way... She truly is an amazing dentist...

I recommend Dr. Leone to all of my friends, and I think that I have more friends from doing this... they all love her too.

I can't end the review without mentioning her staff.... all are beyond friendly and helpful and have started greeting me by name.... a nice touch!

About Hygienist: I have had 2 different hygienists and both were fantastic. They let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way which was very comforting... I didn't have to be surprised by a sudden drilling or scraping.... I always walk out of there after a cleaning afraid to even put food back into my mouth because my teeth feel so perfect and clean....

Have had regular visit with great cleaning as well as old fillings removed and replaced and bonding for tooth roots. Facilities are very attractive and relaxing. Great help with insurance. All staff as well as Dr. Leone are very pleasant and friendly. Regular reminders of pending appts by phone and e-mail are very helpful. Also flexible in helping to rearrange appointment when work interfered. Pain was minimal, less than other dentists. Great for nervous patients like me. Easy to walk to if in downtown and close to subways. Absolutely recommend to others.

Throughout the past 4 years, Dr Leone has helped with with everything from semi-annual cleanings, deep scale cleanings and removing a wisdom tooth.

They do an AWESOME job of both taking care of your mouth as well as making you feel at ease. I have NEVER been a fan of dentist visits so the state of the art equipment really goes a long way in making the visits tolerable and it doesnt hurt that I can watch SportsCenter in HD!

Everyone their is super friendly as well as knowledgeable. I have insurance so I cant comment on costs. The only negative I can think of that you may need to be aware of is the fact , that their oral surgeon does not accept insurance of any kind. So I was a bit surprised after having my wisdom tooth removed.

I have NEVER had a steady dentist before this and I've consistently been her patient for over 4 years now. So that is saying a whole LOT!

I almost forgot to add, they are extremely flexible with appointments and have never given my problems on 3 different occasions that I had to re-schedule last minute.

About Hygienist: In my 4 years going there, every hygienist that I've encountered ( 3 of them) have been nothing but, friendly professional , and thorough while being as gentle as possible. I do miss Kat though!

I have been seeing Dr. Leone for a very long time, following her through 3 offices. I think she is wonderful and professional and would highly recommend her. I really really dislike going to the dentist, but at this practice it is quick and painless and it is not much trouble at all. Also, they are happy to make a last minute appointment for you, and don't give you a hard time if you cancel with short notice.

When I first went to Dr. Leone, I was pleased that she changed all of my silver fillings to porcelain (all covered by insurance). Dr Leone continues to see me every 6 months for my bi-yearly cleaning. I have the choice of getting nitrix or local anesthesia for any painful procedure, and I have never felt any pain. Her new office is super modern. Her dental x-ray machine is the coolest thing ever...super futuristic and in one touch you have a panoramic view of your whole mouth. No need to change the little tiles (old x-rays used at other dental offices). Her staff is knowledgeable, pleasant , gentle and very thorough. In addition, Dr. Leone did my Invisaligns and now I have the smile of a movie star. Gracias.

Dr. Leone is the ONLY dentist I would EVER go to. I am in both the Beauty and Music Industries. My standards for aesthetics is very high. Dr. Leone ALWAYS sees exactly what I am seeing and only makes suggestions that work. She has transformed my previously "nice" smile into the kind of smile that gets compliments EVERY DAY. Her staff is friendly and very professional. Her office is gorgeous...If there's one thing you don't skimp on, it's your teeth. The cosmetic work Dr. Leone has done for me has literally transformed my confidance and I will never go anywhere else.

My review of Dr. Leone is WOW!!!

Advanced Dental Expertise, Great Staff, 21st Century Technology, Pain Free and Fast.

Dr. Leone is great (and good looking too; which kind of helps when she is looking in your mouth).

My teeth and mouth are so bad that all my friends have been trying to get me to go to their dentists; but I must tell you, I've been to them

all and I always find fault with all of them (poor chair-side manner, lack of insurance, poor front desk help, etc.) Honestly Dr. Leone is "the real deal" and she's always concerned with my teeth and gums.

My mouth has always been in need of desperate help for fillings, crowns, and quarterly cleanings and for the past 6 years I have always been coming back to Dr. Leone. In fact, I am so excited she is opening up her new location in downtown Manhattan.

Let me tell you what I told my Dad (who needs perio work badly); don't waste your time trying to find anyone in your Plan that is local to your home or office... just go and see Dr. Leone and her staff today. They truly are the best!

I only did deep cleaning here and was very disappointed. The pain lasted for whole day and the cost was very high.

About Hygienist: I was introduced to this office from a coworker. The location is good, and the facility looks cozy. But the hygienist who performed deep cleaning on me was not friendly and the pain lasted for whole day. I couldn't work after my appointment because of the severe pain, and the cost for a half-side cleaning was pretty high.

Unfortunately because of patient utter neglect to their oral hygeine patients result in having gum disease. Deep cleanings are done under novocaine so during the procedure there is no discomfort felt, however after the novocaine wears off the patient WILL experience some post op discomfort. Its sad when a patient complains that they had "pain for an entire day" when they obviously haven't taken care of their gums. As far as cost- we go by what your insurance company pays...nothing more

Great work overall - the facilities are really nice and you can feel relaxed (well as relaxed as you can in a dental office). Equipment looked very new/clean/modern. Workers were friendly and all procedures were done quickly without much waiting time. Scheduling was worked out great to accomodate my schedule.

Very nice and attentive. Staff is friendly and gentle. The only problem I had is their desire to get the maximum amount of $ out of you, despite what they tell you. They wanted to replace all of my fillings with the tooth colored fillings, even thought the old ones should last another couple of years. I also had to tell them that they were going to remove my wisdom teeth (they didn't want to, said it wasn't necissary). Aside from that, my experiences have always been very good. I will continue to use her.

We ONLY recommend replacing old fillings when there is evidence of decay-if a patients "elects' to wait "another couple of years" they are risking the decay to get larger and resulting in getting a root canal instead of a simple filling. Wisdom teeth-we recom removing them when they seem problematic.. obviously the Dr wasn't trying to "get the max $ out of you" bc she didnt push to get your wisdom teeth out..

Patient Review 20:

Facilities - Very clean and totally "like a health spa." The patient chairs have flat screen TVs attached so you can watch Oprah while you get your teeth cleaned. The equipment seemed very new, and the office makes great use of computers to track x-rays and notes.

Cost - Higher compared to my old dentist, probably because the facilities are high tech and the clientele is mostly Wall Street.

Customer Service - Dr. Leone's very friendly, and so is her staff. Her hygenist is fast and efficient, and the front desk is totally on top of things as well.

Stress & Anxiety - Normal for dentistry (it's me, not her). The TV helped calm me down. I needed a second shot of anesthetics for my fillings, but that didn't take effect quickly enough. Dr. Leone didn't seem to notice when I raised my hand because I could feel the drill and it hurt. Also, she did glance at the TV once when she was filling my cavity, which doesn't inspire total confidence in her focus.

Treatment Success - Pretty good. My last dentist had left a small gap between the filling and my tooth. Dr. Leone fixed this and it feels fine now.
