Implantology
(added September 14, 2007)
Implants are an artificial replacement of the root portion of missing natural teeth. They are made of titanium which is well suited for the human body. An implant is shaped like a screw and is surgically placed into the jaw bone. After a few months of integration the implant will become a stable base for one or more custom artificial replacement teeth. Dr Morgan has completed two years of surgical training at NYU dental school.
